A Najeriya, kotun sauraran kararrakin zaben shugaban kasa da ke zama a Abuja, ta yi watsi da bukatar da Shugaban kasar, Dakta Goodluck Jonathan, da kuma Jam'iyyar PDP suka nema na kotun ta yi watsi da karar da jam'iyyar CPC ta shigar, inda take kalubalantar zaben Goodluck Jonathan a zaben watan Afrilun da ya gabata.

Shugaban kasar dai na zargin cewa an shigar da karar ce a ranar Lahadi, inda ya ce ba ranar aiki ba ce. Sai dai kotun ta ce babu dokar da ta hana shigar da kara a ranar Lahadi. Har ila yau, lauyoyin Shugaba Jonathan da na jam'iyyar PDP sun ce za su daukaka kara a Kotun Koli game da batun. Kotun dai ta ce akwai dokar da ta bada sausauci kan irin wannan batutuwa, a saboda haka zata saurari karar ne saboda mahimmacinsa ba dan wasu ka'idoji ba na shari'a.

Kotun ta kara da cewa ba ita kuma ta bada izini da a shigar da karar a ranar lahadin ba.

Kotun ta ce shigar da karar da jam'iyyar CPCn ta yi a ranar lahadi bai yi illa ga mahimmacin karar ba.

Kotun har wa yau dai ta amince da wasu bukatun da Shugaba Goodluck Jonathan da Jam'iyyar PDP suka nema na a soke, wani batu a karar da jam'iyyar CPCn ta shigar, inda tayi zargin cewa jami'an soji da kuma 'yan sanda sun taimakawa jam'iyyar PDP wajen magudin zabe.

Lauyan jam'iyyar CPC, Barrister Abubakar Malami ya shaidawa BBC cewa, soke wannan batun na ambatar jami'an tsaro a karar da suka shigar ba zai yi tasiri ba ga karar tasu ba.

Mallam Abubakar Malami ya ce jam'iyyar na da kwararan hujoji kan karar da ta shigar ba tare da anyi la'akari da wannan batun ba.

Kotun sarrauran kararrakin zaben shugaban kasa dai ta dage zaman ta zuwa ranar daya ga watan augusta domin ci gaba da sauraran karar.
