Two charged over £110k drugs find in west Belfast
Two men have been remanded in custody after being charged over the seizure of cannabis with an estimated street value of £110,000 in west Belfast.
Michael Lawrence Smith, 31 and David Smith, 25, were charged with having herbal cannabis and cannabis resin with intent to supply on 21 May 2010.
They are also accused of having £475 of criminal property. No bail application was lodged for either of them.
A detective told the court he believed he could connect them to the charges.
The pair, from Ardmonagh Gardens and Casement Manor respectively, are understood to be cousins.
