Published

A 38-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a Suffolk man has been rebailed.

Patrick Baker, 45, was found dead at his flat in Blackfriars, Sudbury, on 10 April.

The suspect, from Sudbury, was due to answer police bail earlier, but has had his bail extended until 7 July.

In April two men were charged with Mr Baker's murder and a fourth man, arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, remains on bail.
