Man arrested over cannabis seizure in Leatherhead

An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs after police searched a house in Surrey.

A significant amount of the class B drug cannabis was recovered from the property in Clements Mead, Leatherhead.

Police said cash and items associated with drug dealing were also seized.

The property was searched at 0800 BST by officers acting on intelligence received from the community.
