Man stabbed in stomach in west Belfast

A man in his 30s has been stabbed in the stomach in west Belfast.

Police said an injured man was spotted at Thames Court in the Falls Road area shortly before 2200 BST on Friday.

He was taken to hospital with injuries which included a knife cut to his throat and a puncture wound to his stomach.

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. Police have described it as a domestic incident.
