Police name motorcyclist killed on Rearsby bypass

A motorcyclist has died in a collision with a lorry in Leicestershire.

Andrew Clement Williams, 32, from Syston, was killed when he came off his bike on the A607 Rearsby bypass on Wednesday afternoon.

He had been travelling towards Melton Mowbray and the lorry was travelling towards Queniborough.

Police said the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Officers have appealed for witnesses to get in touch.
