Charges over Huddersfield v Millwall football violence

Twenty-one men have been charged by police investigating disorder before a football match between Huddersfield Town and Millwall.

West Yorkshire Police were called to the Waterloo area of Huddersfield on 16 April after reports of trouble involving rival fans.

The force said six men from London and 15 from Huddersfield had been charged with violent disorder.

They will appear before Huddersfield magistrates on 23 and 30 June.
