A public consultation has begun into the future management of a Surrey beauty spot.

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council said it wants residents to have their say on Reigate Heath.

The heath is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and has several Bronze Age burial mounds thought to be up to 5,000 years old.

A public meeting on the future of the heath will take place at Reigate town hall at 1830 BST on 12 July.
