Man charged with importing drugs after Banbridge find


A man has been charged with drugs offences after cannabis resin estimated to be worth £70,000 was found in Banbridge on Friday.

They were found during a police search of premises in the Castlewellan Road area.

A substantial amount of mephedrone along with herbal cannabis was also found at the house.

The man is charged with importing Class A and Class B drugs and having them with intent to supply.
