Three charged after cocaine find

Two men and a woman are due to appear in court in Newry later following the seizure of cocaine with an estimated street value of £10,000.

The cocaine and a quantity of herbal cannabis were found during a search of a house in the Huntley Road area of Banbridge on Tuesday.

A 41-year-old man, a 19-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man have been charged with possession of Class A drugs.

The 36-year-old has also been charged with possession of herbal cannabis.

An 18-year-old man who was arrested after the drugs seizure on Tuesday has been released pending a report.
