Van driver sought over Horsell crash which injured girl

The driver of a van is being sought by police investigating a car crash in Surrey in which a three-year-old girl received severe facial injuries.

The child was a passenger in a Honda car which was in collision with an Audi on 28 June in Lockfield Drive, Horsell.

She was taken to hospital with the driver and two other passengers. The occupants of the Audi were unhurt.

The van, described as a Volkwagen transporter style vehicle, was travelling in front of the red Audi A3.

Police said the van turned right from Well Lane into Lockfield Drive.

The Audi was subsequently involved in a collision with a silver Honda CRV travelling along Lockfield Drive towards Woking town centre.

The road was closed for several hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.
