Facial injuries for woman in Midlothian crash

A woman has been taken to hospital with facial and seatbelt injuries after her car overturned on its side during a two-car crash in Midlothian.

Two men, aged 38 and 34, were also injured in the smash at 0714 BST on the A702 near the Bush Estate in Penicuik.

The 44-year-old woman was taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Lothian and Borders Police directed traffic until the road was clear at about 0900 BST.
