Qatar's attempts to create new culture and heritage

Until this year, Qatar has not put issues of culture particularly high on its agenda, but that has changed now it is "Arab Capital of Culture".

The country now has an Islamic Museum of Art, and a National Museum is being built. But are big ambitions and deep pockets enough to create culture?

Ben Thompson asked Aisha Al-Khater, the deputy director of the Qatar Museum of Islamic Art, to find out.
