Cable defends decision to cancel Forgemasters loan

The Business Secretary, Vince Cable, has been defending the cancellation of an £80m loan to Sheffield Forgemasters.

Appearing before a committee of MPs, Mr Cable said the decision was due to "affordability" although he admitted the loan would have been good value for money.
