Can Nokia's new boss help boost smartphone sales?

Nokia's new chief executive is set to reveal the first figures since he took over at the helm last month.

Stephen Elop had been president of Microsoft's business division, where he successfully launched Microsoft Office 2010, leading his division to record profits.

Now Nokia's hoping that he can perform the same magic on its fledgling line of smartphones.
