Independent's new 'i' paper is 'a more digestible read'

The Independent newspaper has launched a new daily title, called "i'', which will cost 20p.

Aimed at commuters, the more concise paper will share the same editorial staff as The Independent.

Editor-in-Chief Simon Kelner said people wanted ''a more digestible read''.
