Warning over black market electricity for key-meter owners

Users of pre-pay electricity meters are being warned of the perils of getting free or cut price energy from the black market.

Counterfeit top up keys have been copied by criminals and are being sold door to door offering cut price electricity to key-meter owners.

Andy Baker, the deputy director of the Serious Organised Crime Agency explains what offence is being committed and by whom.

He told the BBC what you should do if someone makes you an offer that seems too good to be true.
