Fed 'may leave interest rates low'

It is the final meeting of the year for America's central bank and many believe it will once again leave interest rates at the record low of near 0%.

The big question is - does the Fed (the Federal Reserve System) plan to carry out another round of so-called quantitative easing to pump more money into the struggling US economy.
