Snowy conditions in the UK cause delivery delays

With just days before Christmas, the freezing weather is causing major problems for retailers and delivery firms.

Millions of packages remain in delivery centres and some companies are no longer guaranteeing that orders will arrive on time.

Snowy conditions have forced the Royal Mail to lay on extra staff.
