BSkyB reports rise in profits as customers reach over 10M
BSkyB has reported a jump of 26% in pre-tax profits as its number of customers moved above 10 million.
Pre-tax profits at the broadcaster rose to £467m in the last six months of 2010, with revenues up 15% to £3.2bn.
Rupert Murdoch's News Corp is now hoping to buy the 61% of BSkyB it does not own.
