Cameron and Osborne defend spending at Davos

David Cameron and George Osborne defended the Government's spending on the international stage on Friday, telling the World Economic Forum in Switzerland they will stick to the course.

Responding to the latest figures showing the economy shrinking, the Prime Minister insisted bold action was needed.

However, as Stephanie Flanders reports, other major economies are taking a different approach.
