Should May Day bank holiday be moved?

A new tourism plan for England and Wales has suggested moving the May Day Bank Holiday to October, in the hope that it would give the economy a boost.

The aim is to lengthen the tourist season.

Other ideas include simplifying the visa process for visitors from some countries.
