US jobless rate falls from 9% to 8.9%

The US unemployment rate has dropped to 8.9% in February, down from 9% the month before.

It is the third month in a row that the jobless rate has fallen in the US.

Most of the new jobs were created in manufacturing, construction, business services and transport.
