Can the Algarve give Portugal a kick-start?

Talks are being held in Lisbon to set out the terms of a financial bail-out to rescue Portugal's economy.

The country's government is relying heavily on tourism to kick-start the recovery and is planning a range of tax incentives to keep the prices low and attract more visitors.

It may be good news for holiday makers but the locals are having to put up with big price hikes.
