Indonesia and EU sign deal on illegal timber

Indonesia and the European Union have signed a new agreement aimed at cleaning up the trade in illegally-sourced wood products.

Indonesia is the first country in Asia to sign this sort of deal with the EU, and the largest timber exporter by far.

The EU is a key market for Indonesian forest products.
