McLaren unveils GT3 racing car

Formula 1 company McLaren has unveiled a racing version of its road car as it decides to return to GT racing.

The new car, named MP4-12C will hit the road in a couple of weeks.

In accordance with the rules of GT racing, the MP4-12C is a higher performing version of its road car, with which it shares both a carbon chassis and a V8 twin turbo engine.
