Dnata president on coping with Middle East and North Africa unrest

The Arab uprising is not just having an impact on airlines - it is affecting the aviation industry as a whole.

Dubai-based Dnata is the world's 4th largest air services company - among the businesses it owns are baggage handling, catering and travel services both in the UAE and across the world.

So how does a business with so many operations in the aviation industry protect itself from an increasingly tough business environment?

Gary Chapman, President of Dnata, told the BBC that making the business less Dubai-centric and making it more global has helped to protect it.
