Eid ul-Adha helps Bangladesh farmers

In Bangladesh, the Muslim religious festival of Eid ul-Adha provides farmers with an opportunity to sell their cows and goats for sacrifice.

As cattle trade is done mostly in cash, some people attempt to circulate fake currency or notes. To combat this, the country's central bank has introduced special counters in cattle markets to curb the practice.

The BBC's Anbarasan Ethirajan reports from Dhaka.
