EU Commission president Barroso welcomes Greek deal

European finance ministers have agreed a second bailout package for Greece, which they say will keep it in the eurozone.

Greece is to receive loans of more than 130bn euros - but must reduce its debt substantially in return.

The president of the EU Commission Jose Manuel Barroso told a news conference that the measures were "overdue".
