Improving trade with Bangladesh to northeast India

There have been continuing discussions for India to use Bangladeshi road, rail and port facilities to move millions of tonnes of cargo to India's land-locked north-eastern states.

If an agreement is reached, it could help economic growth in the region. The BBC's correspondent Anbarasan Ethirajan explains.
