Government launches scheme to help young people into work

The government's Youth Contract programme to get unemployed 16 to 24 year olds into work or training started on Monday.

Working with big businesses, the scheme aims to play a huge role in getting young people into work.

BBC Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money spoke to Norman Pickavance, the director of human resources at Morrisons, which is taking part in the plan.
