Selling an authentic 'Emirati' experience

In the UAE just 15% of the population are locals, and with most in government jobs, only a tiny fraction of Emiratis run their own businesses.

However, some of those who have struck out on their own are beginning to use the fact they are Emirati as a real selling point.
