Is Weetabix buy just the start for China?

China's state-owned food company Bright Foods bought a majority stake in the quintessentially British cereal Weetabix, last week.

The deal, worth one billion dollars, is the biggest foreign purchase by a mainland food group.

However, as the BBC's John Sudworth reports from Shanghai, changing Chinese culinary tastes could mean more deals that will see Chinese firms taking over western food producers.
