What kind of Prime Minister will Medvedev be?

Dmitry Medvedev is expected to be approved as Russia's prime minister on Tuesday following four years as President.

However, many people claim his time in the Kremlin yielded little concrete progress towards diversifying the country's economy and tackling corruption and red tape.

Lilit Gevorgyan, an analyst at IHS Global Insight told the BBC, "Medevdev will try to implement his modernisation plans".
