Women 'still under-represented' in top jobs, BBC finds

Women hold fewer than a third of the most senior positions in the UK, research compiled by BBC News has found.

In politics the figure plummets to a fifth, and it is even lower in the top 100 companies.

The BBC's Philippa Thomas talks to some high-powered women, including Cherie Blair, about the findings.
