RBS, Barclays and HSBC downgraded by Moody's

Credit ratings agency Moody's has downgraded 15 global banks and financial institutions.

The UK banks downgraded were Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays and HSBC.

The three banks have all criticised the move which could make it harder for the banks to borrow money.
