Does jobs data mean US is in recovery?

New jobs figures been released showing that US employers increased their hiring in June.

Official unemployment figures showed the rate unchanged at 8.2% in June, with just 80,000 new jobs created.

That is just enough to dispel concerns that the American economy is losing steam.
