M&S pledges to address worst quarter figures for three years

Marks & Spencer is shaking up its management team following a 7 per cent drop in clothing and general merchandise sales in the last quarter.

It is the company's worst performance in three and a half years.

Neil Saunders from retail consultants Conlumino told BBC Radio 5 liveWake Up To Money that the shops needed to cater more for young people.
