Yahoo to confirm Levinsohn as new CEO

Yahoo is to hold its annual shareholders' meeting in California on Thursday and the company is expected to confirm that Ross Levinsohn will be the new chief executive.

He would be the third CEO in a year at the firm.

That turnover reflects how hard it has been for Yahoo to keep pace with internet giants like Google and Facebook.
