Government delays talks over airport expansion

The government has confirmed that it is delaying a full consultation on the future expansion of airport capacity in the South East of England until "later this year".

The public consultation was meant to begin in March but senior figures within the government are reported to be split over the issue.

The BBC's transport correspondent Richard Westcott reports.
