Business Bites: What is slowing China's economic growth?

China's economy is experiencing its sharpest slowdown in three years as investment slows and demand falls in key markets such as the US and Europe.

Figures out today show that the annual pace of economic growth slowed to 7.6% in the three months to the end of June.

In the previous quarter growth was running at 8.1%.

The government has been trying to revive the economy by lowering interest rates and lifting spending and according to them, its economic policies are going to plan.

The BBC's Jamie Robertson discusses a key financial story of the day.
