Jaguar Land Rover moves to 24 hour production

Workers at Jaguar Land Rover at Halewood in Merseyside are moving to round-the-clock production for the first time in the plant's history.

The company is enjoying strong growth across the world, and the number of workers at Halewood has trebled in three years.

Richard Else is the director of operations at Jaguar Land Rover.
