Lebanon's need for energy overhaul

Every day people across Lebanon have to put up with electricity outages because the state-owned electricity company cannot provide enough energy to meet demand.

While private power generation is not technically legal, many homes and businesses rely on generators to keep the power flowing.

Meanwhile one computer developer has come up with an app to help everyone else cope during power cuts.
