'Two thirds' of people to stay enrolled on pension scheme

The government says it expects 600,000 people will start saving for a pension for the first time by the end of the year.

The automatic enrolment scheme begins on 1 October and will mark one of the biggest changes to the pension system in the UK.

The Pensions Minister Steve Webb told BBC News that he expects 'about two thirds' of people who are enrolled will stay in the new system.
