ECB 'to resist' interest rate cut calls

European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi is likely to resist calls to cut interest rates at the Bank's monthly meeting.

Inflation is running above the Bank's target, limiting Mr Draghi's ability to cut borrowing costs, despite signs that the region's economic slump is worsening.
