Employment market 'becoming divided'

The employment market has become "more divided" according to the shadow work and pensions secretary Liam Byrne.

Speaking after figures showed UK unemployment fell by 50,000 to 2.53 million in the three months to August, Mr Byrne told BBC News that those out of work were "being shut out" of getting a job, and those in work are in "insecure" roles.
