High growth for hi-tech business

The hi-tech manufacturing firm Renishaw has seen strong growth and is expecting to recruit over 100 extra staff.

On the day that the UK economy emerged from recession and grew by 1.0% in the three months from July to September, assistant chief executive Ben Taylor told the BBC's Dave Harvey that his company's success was reflective of other manufacturers also "doing well", but employee Mike Warner also said that the tough economic times were far from over.
