'Collapse in confidence' in food industry - Which?

There has been a "collapse in confidence" in the UK food industry following the horsemeat scandal, Which? has said.

The consumer group conducted a survey which found that 60% of people had changed how they shopped, moving away from processed food and ready meals.

Executive director of Which? Richard Lloyd told BBC News that the industry and the government need to restore trust in food.
