Rising wages signal rising productivity, says IMF's Anoop Singh

There are plenty of employment issues facing Asia.

Be that improving working conditions, creating new jobs to satisfy demand - or even finding the right worker.

Many of the region's economies, including China, have also seen a rise in labour costs in recent times.

The BBC's Sharanjit Leyl asked Anoop Singh, the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) director of the Asia-Pacific, about how rising labour costs are affecting growth in the region.
