'We have to get away from the idea of taxing companies to the maximum'

The row over some big companies paying their fair share of taxes has dominated the week's money news.

So should they be paying more and who is responsible for not enough taxes being paid - companies or governments, or both ?

Mark Littlewood is the director-general of the free market think tank the Institute of Economic Affairs and told BBC Radio 5 live's Wake up to Money that "we have got to get away from the idea...that we are striving to tax companies to the absolute maximum that we can squeeze out of them".
